No prior experience required. Classes start from zero: the basic steps, timing and vocabulary of the dance, plus core concepts such as posture, weight transfer and rhythm, and principles of leading and following. Nothing is assumed and nothing is skipped. This class also provides a useful refresher for those who have been dancing for some time and want to tune their bodies and increase their efficiency - brilliant dancers have brilliant basics.
